Nestled up valley about 10 minutes south of the cute town of Calistoga is Calistoga Ranch. Cali Ranch is lined with Cottages linked by golf-cart paths and vineyards (with goats you can pet) and staff that call you by name. It has lake side al fresco dining and an amazing wine cave.
