You would never know it now, but this sweet client and I had worked on her design of pale pink up until a few months prior to the wedding. Then out of the blue she asked us if it would be ok to add hot pink? and what did I think? I was ecstatic! I LOVE color! In this case I was extra happy because she had an ocean backdrop. How do you compete against an ocean with pale pink florals??? We got really lucky with some marine layer for these hazy soft photos where the floral just pops.
The moral of the story..If you love color don't be intimidated. Do you really want a blush wedding? Or is it just what you see everywhere? Speak up, you could be making the the best choice by adding depth, color and wow factor. These things are what set you apart from all the others, you are unique and special.
